Refund & Cancellation Policy

At PaintTipsy, we are committed to providing a high-quality, therapeutic and enjoyable experience for all guests. Due to the nature of our services and event preparation, the following refund and cancellation policy applies to all ticket purchases, bookings, and product sales.

🎟️ EVENT TICKETS (PUBLIC EVENTS)

All ticket purchases are final sale and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the event may receive:

  • A credit toward a future PaintTipsy event, OR

  • A rescheduled booking (subject to availability)

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event:

  • No refunds or credits will be issued

• No-shows (failure to attend without notice):

  • Ticket is forfeited with no refund or credit

👥 PRIVATE PARTIES & GROUP BOOKINGS

• A deposit is required to secure all private bookings

• All deposits are non-refundable

• Cancellations:

  • 72+ hours notice → Eligible for rescheduling

  • Less than 72 hours notice → Deposit forfeited

• Final guest count must be confirmed in advance

• Payments made for confirmed guests are non-refundable

🌧️ EVENT CANCELLATION (BY PAINTTIPSY)

If PaintTipsy cancels an event due to:

• Weather conditions

• Emergency situations

• Instructor availability

Guests will receive:

• A full refund, OR

• The option to reschedule or receive event credit

🛍️ PRODUCTS & CUSTOM ITEMS

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products:

• All custom items are final sale and non-refundable

• Refunds or replacements are only issued if:

  • Item arrives damaged, OR

  • There is a production error

Customers must report issues within 3 days of delivery

🍷 EVENT POLICIES (IMPORTANT)

• Guests must arrive on time; late arrivals may miss portions of the session

• PaintTipsy is not responsible for:

  • Personal belongings

  • Accidental damage to clothing

• All guests participate at their own discretion

💳 PAYMENT POLICY

• Full payment is required to secure tickets

• Payment confirms agreement to this refund policy
